This is a DeviantART group for fans of Axel, Organization XIII's "Flurry of Dancing Flames", from the Kingdom Hearts games. Axel has proven to be a fan favorite since his introduction in 2005, and is one of the most widely-known OXIII members. With his fiery red hair, sly smile and quick temper, he has established himself as one of Tetsuya Nomura's most distinguishable characters. As a higher Nobody, Axel wields the element of fire; coupling his pyrokenisis with his chakram weapons and agile footwork, he unleashes powerful, rapid, albeit beautiful, attacks. He commands the Assassin lower Nobodies throughout the Kingdom Hearts Universe. Axel (and his original self, Lea) has appeared in six Kingdom Hearts games (CoM, Re:CoM, KHII, KHII: FM, 358/2 Days, BbS). In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Axel was the trump card for the rest of the Organization as a double agent in Castle Oblivion to keep track of Marluxia's plans. In Kingdom Hearts II, Axel betrayed the Organization for his friendship with Roxas and acted of his own accord to try and help Sora. Axel appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days as a playable character.

A Sharp Interlude Axel was reasonably sure that he'd never had a drop of alcohol in his life. Not that he hadn't been curious about trying it of course, but the opportunity had yet to come up. He was also reasonably sure that he'd never done drugs before. The closest he'd come to any of that mess was that time he'd accidentally overdosed on Red Bull, and his teacher had complained that he was acting like someone on Speed. The only reason he hadn't been sent to get tested being that he'd still had the cans in his backpack to take home and add to the recycling pile.

Snow Ebony painted the sky like a blank canvas bearing the wrinkles of gray clouds. Between the misshaped lines hid a glowing moon, desperate to touch the surface of the Earth just once. It extended across the white plains to the rust-colored brick house. It stood silhouette against the white, like a shadow in the Realm of Light. With a gentle touch, it pried through the window of a single room and caressed the figures within.

A sandy-blonde was touched first, curled underneath a dark turquoise blanket. Having lost the fight against gravity, the sand colored locks fell across the sleeping face. The blanket was pulled to his waist, exposing the Snow by ~ZeroInformalities

Bonds of Glass He stopped dead in his tracks. There was no need to turn back -- his jade eyes reflected in the reflection of his. His smirk differed from him, morphing into something rather insidious. Axel slammed his hands on the sink. He felt the touch of the other on his shoulder. It crept on his clothes; his skin having the tight, suffocating grip as ivy.

Axel stood glaring at the marble sink, nearly shaken to his core. He whispered hoarsely, "Why?"

His grip tightened. "It's nothing. Don't get it twisted."

RtRG: Meeting old friends: old opponents Lea was right. Two days later, the two keyblade wielders returned to Radiant Garden. Kairi was sitting with Ienzo at the castle, when they saw a bright red gummiship descend in the atmosphere near the town square.

"They're here!" Kairi shouted with joy. She tried to pull Ienzo along with her, but he didn't move. "What's wrong?"

"I can't go with you…"

"Why not?"

Ienzo gently removed her hand from his. "Trust me, you wouldn't like the end result if I showed up…" His voice trailed. "Don't make me go with you!"

A lot has happened this year, for people and in regards to Axel. For one, we've seen Axel animated for the first time in Square Enix's glossy high-end animation for Dream Drop Distance; most AkuRoku was removed from DA; FlurryDancingFlames has gained new contributors and members.

Joining and Submitting Artwork

Here is some are some instructions on how you can join and submit artwork.

Joinging the group:
To join our group, you simply have to click on the button that says "Join our group" at the top of the page in the blue banner. That's i!

Submitting Artwork:
1.Just go to this club's main page and click the "Submit Art" option. It should hopefully lead you to the Submit Art page. You may enter it into the appropriate folder category, of you can place it in the featured, in which it will be copied over to the appropriate folder by admin.
After that you're all done and then must endure the approval stage.
This is a process where the artwork is taken to the admins for a vote to see if it's acceptable for the group. This can happen within 1-8 hours, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Please be patient.

Repeat that everytime you'd like to submit something to the club. If there is any problem please feel free to contact me.
